The large single bed was extremely comfortable, and the room was impeccably clean. The customer service was outstanding, especially when they helped me catch my flight home. The breakfast was delicious, and I appreciated the thoughtful amenities, like the electric adapter in my room. The gym equipment was modern and good, and the hotel's proximity to popular attractions made exploring the city a breeze.

I could easily walk to almost everything or take a train from the airport instead of a pricey taxi. The staff were so nice and made me feel like family. They were always available at the 24-hour reception to help with any of my needs. The hotel facilities were top-notch with free Wi-Fi, a restaurant, and a bar/lounge area. The room had everything I needed, including air conditioning, a flat-screen TV, and even a dining table. the comfort and quality of this hotel were exceptional.

Simon even remembered it was my birthday and surprised me with a small gift during breakfast. Carmen went above and beyond when I accidentally left my phone behind and she ran two blocks to return it to me. The breakfast was simple but delicious, with a nice selection of cheese, bread, and made-to-order eggs. I highly recommend this hotel.
