Great location and clean rooms. The staff spoke English well and were very courteous. I particularly enjoyed the breakfast, which was available early in the morning and offered a variety of options to choose from. The view from my room was spectacular, with the river and mountains in the background.

There was no air conditioning in the room, and I had to keep the window open for fresh air. However, this became a problem when it started raining, and I had to close the windows.

Great location with beautiful water views, close to old town and train station. Excellent staff, especially Tanja at front desk, who went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. Comfortable beds, spotlessly clean rooms. a fantastic home-base for exploring the area.

The rooms are spacious and offer comfortable amenities, such as standing fans and sizable triple rooms for larger groups. The breakfast is fantastic, with a variety of different foods and a chef preparing delicious omelets. The hotel's central location allows guests to explore the city by foot, with attractions, shopping, and restaurants all within close proximity.

The underground parking adjacent to the hotel may be inconvenient for larger vehicles, as the spaces are tight and the area seems old and shady.

We had a great time staying at this place. The location in the very center of the old town by the river Aare was so convenient and beautiful. The staff here was incredibly helpful, providing fast service and great local knowledge. The room amenities were fantastic, with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The dining restaurant and bar/lounge area were delightful, and we enjoyed the delicious breakfast provided.

We had a fantastic stay at a hotel with a great location for exploring the city. The staff, especially Tanja at the front desk, were incredibly friendly and helpful. They made our toddler smile and even helped us during a tantrum! The beds were comfortable and the rooms were clean. I highly recommend this hotel for a wonderful stay in the city!
