We had an excellent experience at this lovely boutique hotel. The location right on the shore of Lake Langen was perfect for us. The staff was very friendly and went above and beyond to accommodate our every request. We were impressed by the quality of service, including the dry cleaning, housekeeping, and laundry facilities. The welcome drink upon arrival was a nice touch. The room amenities were top-notch, with an ironing facilities, a mini-bar, and a comfortable sitting area. We also enjoyed the terrace and the garden furniture, which allowed us to relax and soak in the beautiful surroundings. The free toiletries and flat-screen TV added to our comfort. we highly recommend this place to others.

I recently had a fantastic experience at a charming hotel right on the promenade in Ascona. The location was perfect, as it was right at the waterfront, offering breathtaking views of the lake and the Swiss mountains. The room was spacious and comfortable, with a small balcony overlooking the quaint harbor. The bathroom was modern and well-equipped. The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating, going above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. The breakfast was delicious and had a great variety of options. The hotel also had a clean indoor pool and fitness facility, adding to the overall experience.

The unreliable internet in the room, which was quite frustrating.

We recently had a lovely romantic escape at this hotel. the room was cozy and had a stunning view of the lake and mountains. the breakfast buffet had a good variety of options to choose from and the best part was being able to have breakfast on the balcony while enjoying the beautiful scenery.

That the service at the restaurant was quite slow. We waited quite a while for our food to arrive and the staff wasn't very attentive.
