Amazing design, like a personal castle! Intimate atmosphere and one of my favorite places. Exceptional treatment from start to finish. Great food, clean and warm room, comfortable bed. Spa treatment was really good. Highly recommended. Beautiful grand hotel maintained in the old style. Nice suites with lovely touches like chocolate gifts and fresh mineral water daily. Delicious breakfast with fresh orange juice and delicious bread. Great location next to the lake with well-thought-out amenities and beautiful autumn decor.

Located on the shores of Lake Geneva, the hotel offers stunning views of the glistening water. Guests can enjoy leisurely walks along the boardwalk right outside the hotel, taking in the beauty of the surrounding area. The rooms are elegantly decorated and provide a comfortable stay, while the bathrooms are well-maintained and clean. The staff, aside from a few exceptions, is friendly and professional, ensuring that guests feel welcomed and attended to during their stay.

Some staff members were dismissive and unhelpful, which affected the overall service experience.

We spent our New Year's Eve in a hotel with great complementary facts such as a fruit basket and chocolates, plus a bottle of champagne delivered to our room. the location was absolutely amazing, with a perfect view of the lake and easy access to the old town. We loved the peaceful ambiance and the delicious breakfast.

We were pleasantly surprised by the beautiful lake view room we were given at Grand Hotel Du Lac - Relais & Chateaux. The spaciousness and elegant subtle colors made it a delightful retreat after a day of exploring the area. The luxurious touches such as fresh flowers and fine amenities added to our enjoyment. The staff were gracious and made our stay perfect. I highly recommend this hotel.

As business travelers, we were impressed by the exceptional treatment and service at Grand Hotel Du Lac. The staff was friendly, helpful, and accommodating, making us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. The hotel has a beautiful and inviting atmosphere, with exquisite decor and soothing color schemes. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-appointed, providing a cozy and warm environment. The on-site restaurant served great food, and we also enjoyed a fantastic treatment at the spa. The location of the hotel, with its close proximity to the old town and breathtaking views of Lake Geneva, was truly remarkable. Grand Hotel Du Lac provided us with a luxurious and enjoyable stay.

The only downside we experienced at Grand Hotel Du Lac was that sometimes it felt like the hotel staff cared too much, going above and beyond to accommodate our needs. But in reality, this was not a problem at all, as their attentive service only enhanced our stay and made us feel well taken care of.

Entering this hotel, I was immediately impressed by the luxurious décor and grand architectural details. The exclusive amenities definitely heightened the experience, such as the serene spa lounge and the heated outdoor swimming pool with a beautiful sun terrace. I enjoyed a full body massage, which was one of the best treatments I have ever experienced. The restaurant provided a delectable in-room breakfast and special diet menus, which satisfied all my culinary desires. The location advantage was perfect for day trips around the surrounding areas.

Despite this hotel exceeding my expectations, there was one minor issue that impacted my stay. Although the service was generally excellent, I did experience slow service from the bar staff.

The staff at Relais & was incredibly helpful and welcoming. Their Swiss hospitality was top-notch and made our stay enjoyable. The hotel's location near the center of town was convenient, especially after our bike ride from Geneva. We loved being able to walk along the beautiful lakefront just behind the hotel. The room had a stunning view of the lake, and the decoration and elegance of the room exceeded our expectations. The facilities were well-kept and offered plenty of comfortable spaces to relax. The front desk staff went above and beyond to assist us, even helping us find an emergency dentist over the Easter weekend. it was a wonderful experience and we would gladly stay at this hotel again in the future.
