The view from the apartment was breathtaking, just like a postcard. The location was perfect, with restaurants and shops just a short walk away. The apartment had everything I needed, including a fully equipped kitchen and laundry facilities. The check-in process was smooth and hassle-free.

Finding the apartment was a bit difficult, especially with all the luggage to carry. The closest parking was about 200 meters away, which was quite inconvenient.

We loved the location of this hotel right in the city center of Lucerne. It was so convenient being near the train station and right on the river next to the Chapel Bridge in the old town. We stayed at Hitrental for 4 weeks in a modern and funky apartment with great colors and decor. The view over Chapel Bridge was to die for, and the best we've had in Europe. The free washing machine and dryer in the building were a bonus, as well as the excellent wifi. The agency, especially Thomasz, was very helpful. The rooms were huge, with ample space to relax, and the beds were comfortable. The location was convenient and the apartment had a beautiful view of the water.
