Great location, quiet yet close to shops and the train station. Helpful staff with good English. Spacious and clean rooms. Excellent breakfast options. Close proximity to hiking trails and cable car routes. Family-friendly with activities for kids and free access to the swimming pool.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The room was exactly as described and pictured in the photos, with a comfortable bed and a nice, new, and clean bathroom. The staff were incredibly friendly and went above and beyond to make me feel welcome. The hotel's location was perfect, right next to the cable car to the glacier, providing an extraordinary view from the room. The breakfast offered a great range of choices and was a perfect start to the day.

No significant negatives, everything was just fine.

We spent a lovely New Year's holiday in the mountains. The hotel had a perfect location for skiing, just a stone's throw away from the ski lift. The view from our balcony was breathtaking, with stunning mountains all around. The staff was incredibly friendly and always willing to help. The restaurant had delicious food, and we particularly enjoyed the traditional Swiss dishes. We also loved the cozy sauna after a long day on the slopes.

Although the WiFi was generally good, it did go down a few times during our stay. We also found that the room could have been a bit cleaner, with dust in some areas.
