The staff were beyond amazing - super friendly and helpful! The location was so convenient and the wifi worked flawlessly, making it easy to stay connected. The breakfast was mind-blowing, served in a partner hotel, with eggs made to order! Plus, the breakfast room had an absolutely jaw-dropping view of the Matterhorn. The hotel was perfect if you're planning to explore the city and not spend much time in your room. Will definitely come back!

Delicious organic food at breakfast, followed by a relaxing swim in the spa next door. The hotel's transfer service is a real treat, as long as you don't mind doing a mini workout in their gym room.

Paying extra for the solarium was totally worth it. I mean, who doesn't want to pay for some extra rays of artificial sunshine?

I recently stayed at Hotel Alfa in Zermatt for a skiing trip. The hotel was clean and my room with shared bathroom/shower was always available and spotless. The breakfast, with a view of the Matterhorn, was a great start to the day. The location was perfect, near the main street, lifts, and supermarkets. The staff were friendly and attentive, and I appreciated the sink in the room and the choice of English channels on TV.

I highly recommend this hotel.

I recently stayed at a hotel in a quiet location off the main street with pleasant gardens. The staff at Alfa couldn't have been more helpful, and the breakfast they provided was great. I particularly enjoyed the sunny balcony which offered direct views of the Matterhorn. Although I didn't have the chance to try the pool and spa facilities on this visit, I would happily return to this hotel when I'm next in town.

This cozy hotel is situated in a great location near the train station, ski lifts, and ski rental shops. The complimentary breakfast at the neighboring Metropol is excellent, and you can enjoy stunning views of the sunrise on the Matterhorn. The staff, including Patricia, are lovely and make your stay comfortable. The hotel is clean and in an old Swiss chalet style, adding to its charm. a great choice for those wanting to be in direct touch with nature.

Felt totally at ease, no complaints whatsoever.
