Convenient location, helpful staff, free parking, next to the slope perfect for families, large sunny terrace. Affordable room, firm beds, well-stocked mini bar, no kettle but available on request. Manager provided bus schedule, arranged steam room and whirlpool, gave us ingredients to cook, breakfast had good selection. Friendly and funny staff, comfortable beds with great views, close to lifts and lively restaurant/bar with locals.

The staff, particularly the owner, is friendly and hospitable. The hotel's cleanliness is impeccable and the surrounding view is fantastic.

The staff is friendly and accommodating. The breakfast buffet is included in the room price and offers a good value for the money.

The noise level from the restaurant/entertainment area can be uncomfortable, especially during events.

During my recent stay at the Alphorn, I was impressed by the convenient location right next to the ski lift and ski school meeting place. The hotel proved to be perfect for my daughter's first skiing experience. The beds were large and the rooms spacious, providing a comfortable stay. I also appreciated the abundance of hot water for a relaxing shower. The highlight of breakfast was the option to make boiled eggs, and the croissants were surprisingly delicious despite their appearance. The staff, particularly one of the owners, were very hospitable and made us feel welcome throughout our stay.

Beautiful setting with stunning views. the room was comfortable and clean. the breakfast was very good with a nice variety of options. the hotel is located close to the ski lift and is perfect for a romantic ski getaway.

The bed was a little too hard for my liking and made it difficult to get a good night's sleep. the staff seemed to be a bit cold and didn't offer much help with local recommendations.
