Spent New Year in a lovely hotel with amazing views of the Swiss mountains. the food was top-notch and the staff were very friendly and helpful. the location was great as it was close to the ski lifts and also had easy access to public transportation.

The rooms could have used some updating, especially the furnishings and the beds which were quite uncomfortable. the walls were also very thin, as we could hear everything our neighbors were doing.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. the location was excellent - it was conveniently close to the slopes, allowing us to easily enjoy a day of skiing. Secondly, the service provided by the staff was outstanding. They were attentive, friendly, and always willing to help. Thirdly, the basic amenities provided in the rooms were great - everything was clean and comfortable. Lastly, the breakfast was delicious and had a good variety of options to choose from.

No improvements needed, everything was perfect.
