During my stay at the lovely family run hotel, I was impressed by the beautiful updates they have made. The room was spacious and the breakfast was delicious. The area surrounding the hotel was perfect for walking and exploring. Additionally, the hotel's proximity to the train station made it convenient for travel.

We recently had the pleasure of staying at this luxurious 4-star hotel for the second time and we can't wait to return! The hotel offers spacious and comfortable rooms that have been recently renovated, ensuring a clean and cozy atmosphere. The views of the stunning mountains, especially from the bathroom, were simply magnificent. The location is also perfect, with a bus stop just a 20-second walk away and a train station only 3 minutes away. Additionally, there is a grocery store just around the corner, making it convenient for any last-minute needs. The hotel's restaurant, although offering a limited menu, served excellent food and stayed open late, which is uncommon for Europe.

The hotel is located in a picturesque area, surrounded by mountains, offering stunning views of the nearby Rhine valley. The rooms are spacious and clean, with extra large wardrobes and comfortable beds ensuring a perfect rest. The staff is very friendly and accommodating, providing fast check-in and always greeting guests with a smile. The breakfast, although needing a bit more variety, is still very good. The hotel is well-appointed and maintained, with high-quality furnishings and tasteful design.

The customer service at the restaurant could use improvement, as one reviewer mentioned a negative experience with an unfriendly staff member.

We recently went on a holiday trip and stayed in this hotel. the staff was exceptional, always greeted us with a smile. the room facilities were modern and new, with a large verandah that offered a magnificent mountain view. the hotel was eco-friendly with great heating and cooling systems. We also enjoyed the breakfast buffet that had a plethora of options to choose from. the hotel's location was perfect, only a short walkaway from the train station and a convenience store.

Although there were no major issues, we think it would have been perfect if the balcony was separated. However, the overall stay in this hotel was incredible, and we would highly recommend it to anyone seeking a comfortable and enjoyable stay in Switzerland.
