We were upgraded to a lakeside room with a breathtaking view of the lake and mountains. The room was spacious and clean, and we especially loved the sun loungers on the balcony. The heated pool was a delightful bonus, allowing us to swim even in early spring. The hotel's location on a hill provided fabulous views over Ascona. we had a fantastic stay and would highly recommend this hotel.

We recently spent a weekend at a hotel in a beautiful lakeside town. The delicious food and beautiful setting overlooking the pool and gardens stood out as one of the best aspects of our stay. We also enjoyed cooling off in the beautiful gardens around the pool on hot afternoons. The hotel's convenient location, with plenty of parking, made it easy for us to explore the town and surrounding area.

There were some negative aspects of our stay. The staff seemed a bit cold and distant, not offering much assistance or information upon arrival or during breakfast.
