The location of this hotel is ideal for exploring the Schwarzsee area, with beautiful views of the lake and plenty of hiking opportunities nearby. The room itself was clean and comfortable, with a spacious bathroom. The staff, although limited, were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was average, but the surrounding area offered various dining options. The hotel also had a generous balcony space shared with other rooms, perfect for enjoying the stunning lake views. it was a pleasant stay despite the service shortcomings.

The service was extremely poor, with minimal staff presence and a lack of English-speaking employees.

We spent our Easter break at a hotel near a beautiful lake. The room we stayed in was spacious and had a lovely balcony with a breathtaking view of the lake and mountains. Moreover, the hotel had an on-site restaurant that offered a wide variety of dishes to choose from that we really enjoyed.

But unfortunately, the hotel had some downsides as well. First, there were only cold options for breakfast that were quite limited. Additionally, there was a strange gas-like smell on the first floor near the elevator which was quite unpleasant. Finally, the hotel was located relatively far from the center, which wasn't very convenient for us.
