The value for money was excellent, with a comfortable and pleasant room. The location was superb, near the tram stop and the included Basel Card made exploring the city a breeze. The staff were wonderful and truly made our stay memorable.

The breakfast selection could have been improved with a quicker table set up and a water kettle for tea preparation in the room.

I stayed at a hotel in Basel that was centrally located, making it very convenient to explore the city. The hotel was just a few steps away from the tram stop, making it easy to get around. There were also plenty of shops, restaurants, and bars nearby, so I never had to worry about finding a place for dinner or drinks. The room I stayed in was recently refurbished, so it was clean and comfortable. The service at the hotel was also excellent, with the friendly staff always willing to help. The breakfast provided was delicious, with a nice selection of food to choose from.

I did notice that the hotel could have been cleaner. There were some dust on the carpets and floors, and I even found broken pieces of luggage in the closets.

I loved staying in the heart of the pedestrian-only old town area. It was easy to explore and find restaurants, plus the renovated room was spacious and comfortable. The staff was helpful and professional. I recommend this hotel.
