the room had a lovely garden and mountain view, just as I had booked. It was also very clean. the location was great, as the Beatus Cave was only a 5-minute walk away. I highly recommend visiting this beautiful place. the owner, Auntie and Uncle, were very friendly. the view from the hotel was fantastic, and the breakfast included in the room price was excellent. It's a great way to start the day. the restaurant at the hotel offered delicious food at a reasonable price. I would definitely come back and recommend it to my friends.

the staff was incredibly unfriendly and unhelpful. We asked for some basic utensils to enjoy some wine and cheese, but they made it seem like a huge inconvenience.

The staff is extremely helpful and friendly, providing excellent service. The breakfast is simple yet satisfying, with delicious bread as a highlight.

I had a great experience staying at this hotel. The location was perfect, with beautiful views of the lake and easy access to St Beatus cave. The rooms were clean and spacious, and the service provided by Alice was outstanding. The breakfast offered a delicious start to the day. the hotel provided free bus tickets and offered tourist discounts, making it even more budget-friendly.

The check-in process on Mondays and Tuesdays was a bit inconvenient, as it only started at 18:00.

For the price we paid, the value was outstanding. The room was tastefully decorated and had a wonderful view of the lake. The location was convenient, being just a short walk from the water and a quick drive to the town. The staff were friendly and went out of their way to make our stay comfortable.

The breakfast selection could have been a bit more varied, but everything else was great.
