The hotel's location near the train station is ideal for convenience. The breakfast offered a wide variety of delicious options. The spacious rooms and bathrooms were a pleasant surprise. The modern facilities included useful amenities like a fridge and safe. The staff went above and beyond to assist with special requests, proving their efficiency and excellent English language skills.

Spent a lovely Xmas at this hotel. Staff was super friendly and welcoming, always willing to assist us with a smile. Room was clean and comfortable, equipped with all essential amenities. Enjoyed the convenience of having a mall nearby and public transportation just a stone's throw away. Bonus points for the delicious breakfast, with an array of juices and fruits to choose from.

The towels in the room could have been thicker, but that's only a minor issue. the only downside was the noise from outside early in the morning, which disturbed our sleep.

This hotel truly exceeded my expectations in many ways. the value for money is outstanding. The prices are very reasonable considering the excellent service and attention to detail provided. Secondly, the location couldn't be better. Situated in the heart of the city and just a short walk from the railway station, it made exploring the area incredibly convenient. The staff were also friendly and accommodating, ensuring a pleasant stay. Lastly, the rooms were well-equipped with all the basic amenities and supplies needed for a comfortable stay.

The staff went above and beyond to help with various requests, such as organizing parking for our oversized vehicle. The English-speaking staff were efficient and the food was fresh and delicious. The location was convenient for exploring the Bern region by car.
