I recently stayed at Odelya Hotel & Naturgarten for a few days during my trip to Basel. The spacious, clean and light-filled bedroom was a delight, as was the excellent bathroom. The staff, who spoke English, German, and French, were incredibly helpful and kind. I also appreciated the free pass for public transportation, making it easy to get around Basel. The hotel's location was fantastic, with ample parking and a serene atmosphere. The rooms were spacious and offered great value for money. Lastly, the hotel had a wonderful fragrance throughout that added to the overall experience.

Despite the lack of air conditioning, my recent stay at a 5* building in Basel was quite enjoyable. The room size was good with a separate area for the double and single beds. The breakfast provided was satisfying and the small terrace added a nice touch. The hotel also provided a local tram/bus pass during our stay, which was convenient. The WiFi connection was reliable and there was a restroom on the 4th floor with complimentary coffee and tea. my experience at this hotel was positive and I would recommend it.

I had an exceptional experience at this hotel. The location was perfect, as it was very close to the center of Basel, but still in a calm and quiet area. I loved being next to the beautiful garden, which added to the overall ambience of the hotel. The room exceeded my expectations, with its comfortable beds, eco-friendly toiletries, and beautiful lighting in the bedroom. The service provided by the staff was outstanding, with quick and courteous responses to any queries I had. The breakfast was also enjoyable, with a variety of options available. I was impressed with the facilities and advantages provided by the hotel, such as the free car park and the complimentary transportation cards for travelling around the city.

The hotel had free coffee which was good and the rooms were comfortable with nice toiletries in the bathroom. The location was close to the city center and the transport links were excellent, with a free bus pass for the duration of the stay. It was also quiet, which made for a good night's sleep.

The hotel had a strange atmosphere and felt more like a hostel than a hotel. The check-in process was confusing and the reception staff were unwelcoming.

I had a great stay at this hotel thanks to its lovely garden location. It was so convenient for sightseeing, being near the old part of the city, and close to buses and trams. The hotel's contemporary style and comfortable beds made for a relaxing stay. Additionally, the breakfast being included in the rate was a nice touch.

Exceptional customer service, staff went above and beyond to assist with any requests or provide information. Quiet and comfortable rooms with wifi, perfect for attending online meetings or working remotely. Delicious breakfast options available. Thoughtful amenities, such as umbrellas available for borrowing.
