The family running the hotel were friendly and helpful. The breakfast had eggs to order and great coffee. The terrace overlooking the breakfast area was beautiful. The hotel was conveniently located near public transport. The bathroom floor was heated. The staff and breakfast were very nice. The breakfast location was pleasant, with the option to eat outdoors in the garden. The staff was friendly and caring.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this hotel and I have to say, it was a fantastic experience. the value for money was just outstanding. The prices were incredibly reasonable considering the level of service and comfort provided. Secondly, the attention to detail was impeccable. From the fresh smell throughout the hotel to the small touches like the fruit and chocolate at reception, it really made me feel at home. Lastly, the location couldn't have been better. It was close enough to the city center to easily access all the attractions, but far enough away to avoid the hustle and bustle. The proximity to the central train station was also a major plus.

I had a fantastic stay at the hotel. The bed was incredibly comfortable with soft, luxurious down blankets and crisp cotton sheets. It was a refreshing change from other hotels. The location of the hotel was perfect, just a short walk to the city center and public transportation. The breakfast served was decent and provided a good start to the day. Additionally, the hotel was quiet, allowing for a peaceful night's sleep. I would highly recommend Hotel Birsighof Basel City Center for anyone visiting Basel.

The hotel is perfectly located for a city trip, just a short walk away from all the main attractions. The room was simple and clean, which is exactly what I was looking for. The bed was comfortable and I slept very well during my stay. One thing I especially appreciated was the friendly and welcoming staff, who were always willing to help if I needed anything.
