We were delighted to find that the hotel allowed us to check in early, even though it wasn't the allotted check-in time. The room was clean and tidy, with amazing views from the balconies. The location was perfect, just a short walk from the train station. The complimentary bus/train tickets for Interlaken were a nice touch. The breakfast had a good variety of options. Having a coffee machine and free coffees in the room was a pleasant surprise. The helpful lady at the hotel provided us with great recommendations for exploring the area.

One minor drawback was that there was no elevator, which could be challenging if you have heavy luggage. Additionally, our room was located on the top floor and there were restaurants nearby, so it was a bit noisy until late at night.

I had a wonderful stay at a hotel in the new Asian area of Interlaken. The staff at Blume were so friendly and welcoming, and they even helped us with early check-in. The rooms were clean and spacious, perfect for our family. We had a beautiful view of the mountains from our room, and it was amazing to see people paragliding right outside our window. The hotel's location was great, very close to Interlaken West and the city center. As a Muslim traveler, I was thrilled to find many halal restaurants near the hotel. Thank you, Blume, for making our stay so memorable. I will definitely come back if I visit Interlaken again.

We had a fantastic stay at Blume! The room was spacious, clean, and offered stunning views of the mountains. The location was perfect, with easy access to shops, restaurants, and public transportation. The staff, especially Eddie and the senior staff member, were extremely kind and helpful. They provided free amenities like umbrellas and international electric plugs, and even allowed us to store our luggage. The warm welcome and attention to detail made us feel right at home. We will definitely be back!

I got great value for my money at Hotel Blume. The room was comfortable and clean, perfect for solo travelers like me. The location was ideal, close to Interlaken West Station and the main street. The staff, especially Paul, were friendly and helpful, giving me recommendations and providing useful information.

The breakfast menu could be improved with the addition of a shower curtain in the bathroom to prevent the whole floor from getting wet.

Centrally located hotel with friendly and helpful staff. Great Mexican food, delicious margaritas, and nachos. Lovely balcony overlooking the street. Free parking options nearby saved a lot of money. Easy check-in process and clean facilities. Good value for the price.

Blume had a relaxed atmosphere and very friendly staff. We'd stay again should we visit. Due to our early start, we took advantage of their service of leaving a packed meal for us to take with us. Staff did respond to emails within the expected time and provided all the relevant details. Beds were good, and the room was big enough for a family with a small child. The location is perfect, surrounded by shops and restaurants. The train station is only 3 to 4 minutes away, and there are also buses every half an hour.
