We had a fantastic experience staying in a spacious room with a balcony and stunning views of the Matterhorn. The hotel's location was ideal, close to everything in Zermatt, yet still peaceful and quiet. We were pleasantly surprised by the variety and quality of the breakfast, which included delicious meats, cheeses, and freshly brewed coffee. The staff were kind and attentive, providing excellent service throughout our stay. The hotel also offered free transport to the train station for guests staying three nights or more, making our departure hassle-free.

We found the pillows to be somewhat uncomfortable, which was a minor drawback to an otherwise wonderful stay.

We had a fantastic stay at Capricorn! the newly renovated single room was exactly what we wanted - cheap, affordable, and clean. the sky light and small window in the bathroom added a lovely touch. the breakfast was amazing, with a variety of 9 different kinds of cheeses from the region, along with eggs, bacon, and other delicious options. We looked forward to it every day. Thank you to the staff for exceeding our expectations!

The location was a bit of a trek from the town center and train station, which made it less convenient to explore. the staff seemed a little unsure of how to accommodate our specific requests, which resulted in some confusion and delay.
