We had an enjoyable stay at a beautiful location. The modern and stylish decoration of the rooms made us feel right at home. The spacious room and well-lit bathroom were a great touch. The large comfy bed ensured a restful sleep. The views from the 5th floor lounge were stunning and provided the perfect setting to relax with a book. The friendly and professional service from the young team was much appreciated. The location was great, with easy access to the underground car park and a short walk to the Furtschellas cable car and Val Fex. The restaurant also impressed with its delicious and well-priced pizzas.

Spent the Xmas holidays in this cozy hotel. Loved the large and newly decorated bedroom and bathroom, with plenty of storage space and multiple plug points. the staff was generally pleasant and helpful. Breakfast was good quality with limited selection, but the highlight was the excellent and good value pizza restaurant. the key location allowed us to easily access the local bus stops and food shops.

The room was quite dark with small windows, and there was limited lighting with only a bedside and desk lamp. We found the bedding had not been changed all week, and towels only replaced once.

One downside of the hotel was the limited on-site parking and the need to use off-site parking if the spaces were full.

The rooms were modern, nicely furnished, and super clean. The breakfast buffet was delicious and offered a variety of choices. The rooftop lounge with sofas and an open fire was a wonderful addition. The location was very convenient, with easy access to the bus stop and nearby lakes. I had a very pleasant stay!

Although the rooms were comfortable, I was disappointed to find that there were no hot drink facilities or fridges in the room. Additionally, the room was overheated, and there was a big step at the entrance that was not well lit, leading to a near fall.

This hotel offers great value for money with its reasonable prices and attention to detail. The location is perfect, nestled in the mountains and very near the lake. Plus, being next to the Furtschellas cable car allows for easy access to breathtaking views.
