Great Location and Interior. The location of the hotel was fantastic, with easy access to public transportation and nearby attractions. The interior of the hotel was beautifully designed, with a classic Swiss style that gave it a fairytale-like feel. The balcony in our room was a wonderful addition, allowing us to enjoy the stunning views of the surrounding mountains.

Limited payment options and language barrier. One inconvenience we encountered was the hotel only accepting cash payments.

The location near the train station was excellent. We had a room with a balcony and a beautiful view of the Matterhorn. The room was clean and we had our own shower and sink.

Nothing it was perfect.

We stayed at a hotel very close to the train station, Gornergrat Station, slopes ending in Cima. Our room was basic but had a shower inside, and we had a perfect view of the Matterhorn from our balcony. The location was very convenient, with the shopping center and supermarket just a short walk away. it was good value for money, especially for snowboarders and skiers looking to explore the area.

During my recent stay at Hotel Cima, I was delighted to find that it was conveniently located near the train station. The view from my room was absolutely breathtaking, with the majestic Matterhorn in full view. Additionally, the process of checking in was hassle-free, as I was able to self-check in using the telephone provided. The bed in my room was comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. Furthermore, the hotel is situated close to the Gornergrat station and a COOP for any essential needs. The friendly staff member even provided hot drinking water upon request.

There were a couple of minor drawbacks to mention. there was no kettle in the room, making it difficult to enjoy a hot beverage.

I had a great stay at a hotel located within a 5-minute walk from the train station. The triple room consisted of a double bed room with a balcony and a single bed room, which was a plus. The balcony offered an awesome view of the Matterhorn without having to leave the room. Highly recommended!

We had a fantastic weekend stay at Cima hotel. The location was perfect, with breathtaking views of the Matterhorn from our balcony. The room, although small, was clean and warm, providing a cozy retreat after a day of skiing. The staff were friendly and welcoming, making us feel right at home. The hotel is also conveniently located just 300m away from the ski lift, making it ideal for winter sports enthusiasts. we highly recommend Cima hotel for short stays, especially for its excellent view and great value for money.

Pro: I stayed at a cozy swiss wooden chalet in Zermatt and had a fantastic view of the Matterhorn from my large balcony. The rooms were warm, clean, and had TVs. The bathroom was spacious and there was enough room for my family. There were also two playgrounds nearby for my 4-year-old to enjoy. The hotel's location was convenient, with a supermarket, touristic shops, and the train to Gornergrat mountain close by. it was a perfect place for a family with kids and the staff was helpful when we called.

The View: Sitting in the garden, sipping my morning coffee while being greeted by the magnificent Matterhorn was a surreal experience. It felt like the mountain was showing off its grandeur just for me.

Noise Disturbance

We had a wonderful stay at an old, cozy hotel near the train station. Our room was clean, with a balcony providing a beautiful view of the Matterhorn. We were pleasantly surprised to have our own shower and sink, even though we had booked a room with a shared toilet. The location was superb, with a less than 5-minute walk to the train station and Zermatt GGB. The convenience was unmatched, with a supermarket close by as well. we loved our stay at Cima!
