No elevator access makes lugging heavy bags a workout!!! The confusing maze of corridors adds unnecessary frustration!!! Noise disturbances from the hall and neighbors detract from the experience!!! Carpets and walls need attention!!! Overpriced for what you get!!!

Request a room with a portable heater if you find it cold upon arrival, as some rooms can be quite chilly.

The room had a huge shower with chromotherapy, and the kids loved it! Perfect spot near train and tram stops.

everything was clean and everything worked. The reception staff were polite and extremely helpful, catering to my needs promptly. Plus, I loved having the option to upgrade to other room styles in nearby hotels.

The room was huge and had a great shower with

side sprinklers that my kids absolutely loved! The hotel is located just behind Hotel Euler, making it super convenient if you're traveling by train. While the quirky layout can be a bit of a maze, the modern decor is refreshing.

i had such high hopes for city inn, but alas, it was just a letdown. the check-in was luxuriously complicated, and carrying my bags up stairs? how quaint. i almost thought a complimentary breakfast would redeem it, but nope. where's my room upgrade for all the trouble? just couldn't muster a good review, despite the hype.

Location's choice being right near the train station, but the room was tiny, and the shower didn't drain well. The staff, though, were super friendly, eh?

During our stay with two adults and two kids, we appreciated how close the hotel was to the train station and city center. The family suite was cozy, and the staff was accommodating, which made our visit enjoyable. The kids loved checking out the nearby children's zoo!

My kids wished for a bit more breakfast variety.

I really liked the cleanliness and enjoyed the cozy atmosphere with the live pianist, but the room was way smaller than expected. I might consider staying here again.

the receptionist was helpful and promptly fixed the faulty light switch in my room. the aircon was poorly placed, hid behind curtains, and quite noisy.

i had a great stay at city inn. the reception gentleman was super helpful in organizing my visit. the location is prime, right near the bus station. also, the newly renovated fitness room is fantastic, having top modern gym equipment made my workout great.

this hotel has a super chill vibe and is really close to the train station, like right across the street. the staff is super nice, and i even met a cool lady who played piano in the lobby! the rooms are small but comfy and clean, and i loved the fresh bedding. they also give you a free public transport card, which is a major plus for getting around the city. i enjoyed the breakfast too, lots of tasty options!

the only downside was that there was no elevator, which meant dragging my suitcase up some stairs, and the rooms were a bit cramped.
