As an Accor hotel member, they even offered to upgrade my room if one was available. The staff at the hotel were very friendly and welcoming. the hotel had good soundproofing, which meant that we were not disturbed by any outside noise. the location of the hotel was convenient, being within walking distance of major attractions and public transportation.

The room we stayed in was quite small and the pillows were not very comfortable. the hotel is located on a hill, which made it difficult to carry our luggage up to the hotel.

I had a great city trip experience! the staff was amazing and made me feel welcome from the start, offering a welcome drink at check-in. the breakfast was delicious and had a good variety of options. the central location allowed me to easily explore the city on foot. the new premises and excellent facilities were a huge plus as well.

There were a few minor issues. the room was small, but the furniture was arranged efficiently.
