I had the most relaxing stay at Hotel Crusch Alba in Zernez. The deluxe room exuded a fresh and modern ambiance with local touches that made it truly special. The service was impeccable, and the afternoon tea and free Gluehwein kept me warm and content. The breakfast buffet was a delight with fresh rolls, homemade jams, and more. The highlight was the 4-course dinner menu, which left me thoroughly impressed. I can't wait to return in the summer for some hiking in the national park. I highly recommend this superb hotel.

This hotel is a great value for money. The prices are reasonable, especially considering its location right in the center of Zernez in the Engadine region. The staff at this hotel are very friendly and provide excellent service. They are attentive to detail and ensure that guests have a comfortable stay. The rooms in this hotel have a touch of local architecture and are decorated with original artwork. They also provide basic amenities such as books and games for entertainment. The breakfast at this hotel is amazing. Guests have the option for a cooked meal at no extra charge and can enjoy a good view while dining.

Great breakfast options and comfortable bed! the hotel was also in a convenient location near all the city's main attractions.

Rooms were quite outdated, and bathrooms could be cleaner. not a great value for the money.
