We had a fantastic stay at a hotel in a prime location. The rooms were clean and comfortable with a stunning view of the mountains. The staff gave us excellent advice on what to do in the area. The hotel is conveniently located within walking distance of Mount Titlis and the town center. Despite being near the train station, the noise level was minimal and didn't disturb our sleep. I highly recommend this wonderful hotel for a pleasant stay in Engelberg.

The ideal location, amazing views, and friendly staff made our stay at Hotel Crystal perfect. The free bus service and easy access around town were incredibly convenient. The breakfast was fresh and well-stocked, and we enjoyed the delicious onsite dining. The exceptional guest services and amenities like boot driers and ski storage added to the overall wonderful experience.

The hotel's gourmet restaurant was a real highlight with delicious dishes at a reasonable price. the location was ideal, with easy access to the local transport and stunning views of the surrounding mountains.

The limited hours of the sauna made it hard to fit into our busy schedule during our trip. the noise from the surrounding roadworks wasn't ideal for getting a good night's sleep.
