This hotel offers great value for money, with reasonable prices for the room and breakfast included. The staff is attentive and detail-oriented, ensuring a pleasant stay. The location is perfect for exploring the beautiful mountains of Laax Flims, with easy access to public transportation. The rooms are basic but comfortable, with nice balconies that provide beautiful views. The breakfast room also offers stunning views, making for a lovely start to the day.

The hotel is located in a beautiful forest, making it a peaceful and serene location. It is also conveniently situated right next to the bus stop, providing easy access to the ski lifts. The rooms are spacious and well-equipped, with a fully stocked kitchen nook and comfortable bedding. Guests can enjoy a delicious breakfast spread and take advantage of the shuttle bus service, which is included in the price, making transportation between nearby ski lifts a breeze.

There were occasional issues with noise disturbance, particularly during the night, due to pets being allowed in the hotel.

We had one of the modern rooms which was very nice and the bed comfy. The cleaning ladies did a good job! The inside pool with view to the mountains is awesome, new and clean. The breakfast room has the same awesome view and is very nice. The staff on the welcome desk is really friendly and welcoming. Great location, bus stop right besides the hotel.

Even though there were a few drawbacks, like the small sauna and lack of big towels, our stay at Hotel Des Alpes in Flims was overall enjoyable and comfortable. The modern room we had was stylish and the bed provided a good night's sleep.

Spent Christmas in the mountains and had a great stay. the hotel offered free transportation to the slopes and had a ski room for storing equipment. the breakfast was filling and had a variety of options. Plus, the indoor pool was a nice way to relax after a day of skiing.

The room was a bit dated and could use some upgrades. the bathroom towels were not replaced daily and the staff seemed overwhelmed during peak times.
