We had an incredible stay at this gem in Switzerland. The hotel offered comfortable rooms, a helpful staff, and a delightful dining experience. The chef's dinners were the highlight of our trip. The staff went above and beyond to ensure we had an amazing time, providing valuable advice on activities and weather conditions. The location in car-less Wengen was perfect, with easy access to the train station and breathtaking views. We were thoroughly impressed with the genuine and helpful nature of the staff.

We spent Christmas at this hotel and it was absolutely delightful! The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming, making us feel like we were at home. The location was perfect for our holiday, as it was situated in a beautiful alpine village with stunning views of the mountains. The breakfast each morning was delicious, with a wide variety of options to choose from. We also loved that the hotel had a cozy lounge area where we could relax and enjoy a warm cup of hot chocolate by the fire.

While our overall experience was great, there were a few minor downsides. The rooms were a bit dated and could use some updating, but they were still comfortable and clean.

Friendly staff made our stay enjoyable. Great breakfast and optional evening meals. Provided us with suggestions for walks away from crowds to see Eiger and Jungfrau.

During my stay at Edelweiss, I was blown away by the genuine and relaxed atmosphere of the hotel. The staff were incredibly friendly and offered excellent recommendations for hiking and exploring the local area. The highlight of my stay was the incredible four-course meal served each evening, paired with brilliant wine recommendations. I also appreciated the unlimited free coffee, delicious home-brewed apple liquor, and the lovely rustic vibe of the hotel. The beds were comfortable and not creaky, and the owners, Daniel and Suzanne, were welcoming and knowledgeable.

The location of the hotel was excellent, with stunning views and only a short walk to the train station. It made exploring the area very convenient. the rooms were spotlessly clean, which was a major plus. The staff were friendly and helpful, providing great service during our stay.

There were a few negative aspects of our experience. the room we stayed in was quite small, which was a little disappointing for a romantic escape.
