The view from the hotel was absolutely stunning, with a picturesque lake and beautiful palm trees. the staff were very friendly and professional, providing dedicated service throughout our stay. the breakfast served on the terrace was delicious and offered a superb view of the surroundings. the hotel also had fantastic pools, both indoor and outdoor, and provided access to the lake and its water-sport activities.

Dated buildings and rooms: Some of the buildings and rooms in the hotel were severely dated, which gave the impression that the hotel was drawing on the past.

We had an amazing stay at Hotel Eden Roc! From the breathtaking view to the cozy, stylish rooms, everything was perfect. The pool area, with its stunning view of the lake, was a highlight, as was the delicious breakfast on the terrace. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, making us feel truly welcome. The hotel's amenities, including the sailboats and speedboats, heated pools, and spa, added to the overall relaxing experience. A special thank you to the director for the lovely surprise for my wife. We will definitely be coming back!

Our Christmas stay at this hotel was enjoyable. the staff was friendly and efficient, making check-in and luggage delivery a breeze. the hotel's location was perfect, offering stunning views of the lake and mountains. We also appreciated the fact that the hotel was pet-friendly, as we were able to bring our furry friend along with us.

We did find that the hotel could use some updating. the overall decor and furnishings felt a bit outdated and could benefit from a revamp.

The breakfast buffet was excellent, with a wide variety of warm dishes to order. I also loved that the hotel provided free amenities such as SUP boards, scooters, e-bikes, and mountain bikes. the luxurious style and service of this hotel rivaled any 4-star establishment I've been to.

There were some noise disturbances in the rooms due to the poor building quality, as mentioned in one of the reviews.

I had a great experience at this hotel during my New Year's stay. the first thing I liked about this hotel was the fact that they had several pools to choose from. It was nice to have options and be able to switch things up. the second aspect that I enjoyed was the location. the hotel was situated in a key location with beautiful views of the mountains and the lake. It really added to the overall experience. Another advantage that I enjoyed was the friendly and attentive staff. They were always ready to help and made me feel welcomed throughout my stay.

There were a couple of things that I didn't like about my stay at this hotel. the minibar in the room was not consistently restocked.
