I had an incredible stay at this luxurious hotel. The location was perfect, right in the heart of town, allowing for easy access to all the shops and restaurants. The service provided by the staff was top-notch, from the friendly greetings every time I walked in or out of the building, to the personalized touches in my room. The room itself was beautifully decorated and had a stunning view of the surrounding scenery. The beds were comfortable and the room had all the amenities I needed for a comfortable stay. The breakfast was delicious, with a wide variety of hot and cold offerings. The spa and wellness center were a real treat, providing a peaceful oasis to relax and unwind. this place exceeded my expectations and I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a luxurious and comfortable stay.

There was one downside to my stay.

The staff at Hotel Eden Wellness went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. They picked us up from the station, which was a great help. The receptionist was charming and friendly, making us feel valued as guests. The rooms were recently renovated, clean, and comfortable. The breakfast had a great variety and the service was excellent. The hotel also had a clean swimming pool and sauna, which would be perfect for ski season. I highly recommend this hotel for a perfect stay in Zermatt.

We had a wonderful winter honeymoon at a cozy hotel in Zermatt. The small-hotel feel, with only guests on the premise, made it even more special. The room was sleek, smartly designed, and spotlessly clean. We loved the relaxation/spa area and the thoughtful touches like cookies in our room. The staff was incredibly helpful throughout our trip. We wouldn't hesitate to choose this hotel again. a perfect choice in Zermatt.

What an amazing experience we had during our Christmas holiday! The views from our balcony were breathtaking, truly a winter wonderland. The staff was very friendly and helpful, and made our stay even more enjoyable. We loved that the hotel was located in a peaceful area, but still within walking distance to all the attractions. The breakfast was really good and offered a variety of options. we had a lovely and memorable experience.

While there was not much we did not like about our stay, we did find that the pool had too much chlorine which irritated our eyes and skin. the reception area could have been more welcoming.

Upgraded to top floor junior suite for anniversary, accommodating front desk, late check out given. Free rides to/from train station. Nice breakfast selection. Used pool and jacuzzi tub. Highlight: magnificent views. Definitely would stay again.
