Had a lovely Xmas stay at a hotel in the charming old town of Switzerland. The assortment of cheese at breakfast was amazing, and the cleanliness of the hotel stood out. The location was perfect for exploring the surrounding area, and being near the railway station made getting around easy.

The plug points were inconveniently located, and the breakfast options could have been more diverse for the amount we paid. Despite this, we had a fantastic time in beautiful surroundings and would return.

We loved the assortment of cheese, which was a common feature in hotels in Switzerland. the cleanliness of the room and hotel impressed us, as did the proximity to the railway station. Being situated in the old town of Zofingen allowed us to soak in the charming atmosphere. the breakfast spread was excellent, and the staff were friendly and helpful. the free Wi-Fi was a nice touch, considering the high cost of things in Switzerland. Despite the smaller rooms, they were well-maintained and suited our needs perfectly. We would definitely choose to stay at Engel again.
