The staff were incredibly warm and welcoming, making me feel at home. The amenities were well-maintained, with both dry and wet saunas. The small but well-designed rooms were a refreshing change. The lockers kept my gear warm and cozy. And the breakfast views were stunning.

We had a fantastic stay at Ermitage in Verbier. the staff were friendly and helpful, and we were even lucky enough to receive an upgrade to a double room. the breakfast spread was delicious, with a wide variety of options including cold meats, cheeses, eggs, croissants. the central location was great, right next to a bus stop for easy access to the gondola and close to supermarkets. We also appreciated the mini fridge in our room for storing picnic lunches and the heated drying rack in the ski room for our boots. a great find!

The sauna and steam complex was an amazing feature that was perfect to relax after a day on the slopes. the hotel location was great, close to the ski hire, restaurants, and lifts. the staff was friendly and helpful, and always attentive to our needs.

Although the problem was outside of the hotel control, it would have been great if there were some measures in place to minimize the disturbance. the hotel provided great value for money, and we enjoyed our stay despite the night-time noise.

This hotel is in a perfect central location, right in the centre of town. It's great that it's within walking distance of the main ski lift and also next to a bus stop if you don't feel like walking. The staff here are incredibly kind and caring, making you feel at home. The rooms are lovely, with comfortable beds and even a balcony with a view. And let's not forget the breakfast, which offers a great selection and even fresh-squeezed orange juice.
