Had an amazing stay at a hidden gem in Zurich. The hotel's prime location made it easy for us to explore the city and visit the main train station. The rooms were modern, well-furnished, and had a free mini-bar. The staff were extremely helpful and even organized a breakfast bag for our early flight. The breakfast buffet was delicious, and we enjoyed a drink at the hotel's Oak Bar. I highly recommend this hotel for its value, comfort, and excellent service.

We got excellent value for our money with a comfortable room and beds, including a sleep sofa! The location was perfect, walking distance to the lake and Paradeplatz. The staff were very knowledgeable and helpful. Breakfast was absolutely delicious!

The food for breakfast could have been improved with more variety, especially the bread which was consistently hard throughout our stay.

The location is great, just a short walk to the lake and tram station. It was also convenient for a conference we attended.

The hotel staff forgot to order us a taxi to the train station, causing us to almost miss our train.

We really appreciated the room service, as well as the laundry and grocery shopping service. The room amenities were exceptional, including the sitting area and terrace. The restaurant and bar area were comfortable and the staff from the reception desk right down to the porter at night shift were extremely friendly and helpful. The spa and wellness centre were also a great addition to our stay.

I stayed at Glarnischhof By Trinity for a business trip and it was perfect. The location is great, just a short walk from the Hyatt where my meetings were held, as well as the beautiful old city. The bed was clean and comfy, and the check-in process was quick and hassle-free. It was also nice to have a doorman at such a small hotel. The hotel is situated in a prime location, right in the heart of the city. I was able to walk to all the major tourist attractions like Bahnhofstrasse and the old town within minutes. The room was spacious and comfortable, and the fact that the minibar was included in the room rate was a pleasant surprise. The breakfast was delicious, and they even offered a welcome drink which was a lovely touch. The cleanliness of the hotel was impeccable, and I was impressed with how well-equipped the room was. The staff were all friendly and helpful, from the cleaning staff to the breakfast staff. The bed was comfortable and the room had excellent heating with an easy-to-use thermostat.

This hotel is a gem! The location near the City Centre is amazing and located near a tram stop, making it super easy to get around. The restaurant is comfortable and the service provided by the staff is top-notch. The basic amenities provided in the rooms, such as the thermostat and electric shades, really add to the comfort. Plus, the rooms with jacuzzis and large bathrooms were a great touch! Breakfast included in the rate was a plus, and the chef making omelettes and local dishes made it even better.

We also appreciated the complimentary beverages in the mini bar. the hotel’s location was very convenient, as we could easily reach the city's main attractions by foot. One of the best aspects was the delicious breakfast buffet, with fresh and healthy options that made our mornings even better!

The hot summer nights made it difficult to sleep without air conditioning. We had to keep the windows open all day and all night to get some relief, but that meant we could hear some street noise and that impacted our sleep quality.
