It was frustrating to find that there was no one available to assist me when I initially arrived. knocking on doors for help yielded no results. Additionally, I left my luggage in an open area, feeling uneasy about the safety of my belongings.

The check-in process was smooth and well communicated through WhatsApp. The heater didn’t work for me, but there was an extra duvet available.

i had a lovely stay at goldener stern, contactless check-in. the location was perfect, right on the edge of old town. my standard double room was really comfortable, with a great bed and quality towels. the housekeeping did a wonderful job keeping everything tidy and welcoming.
