I was pleasantly surprised by my stay at the Herisau Swiss Quality Hotel. The location was ideal, being close to the town center and train station. The refurbished room I stayed in was comfortable and modern. The WiFi included in the price was a nice perk. The staff were friendly and attentive, ensuring that I had a pleasant experience. I would highly recommend this hotel to others.

The hotel's location near the train station, just a 5-minute walk uphill, was very convenient. the staff went out of their way to ensure customer satisfaction.

There was no kettle in the room, which was quite inconvenient for making an early morning drink.

The room was massive, a rare find in Europe, and the sofa bed was also spacious. The hotel had numerous amenities that unfortunately I didn't have time to explore, but next time for sure! The rate was fantastic and included breakfast for me and my kids.

The hotel is situated in a small town, which makes it quiet and peaceful. the staff was friendly and always there to help us. They organized the room perfectly for our arrival and made sure we had all we needed. We enjoyed the proper maintenance of the room and the spaciousness of it, which allowed us to store all our personal belongings with ease. the bed was incredibly comfortable and we slept very well.

One thing we did not like was the lack of restaurant availability when we arrived late due to some travel difficulties. We expected to be able to dine in-house, but the kitchen was closed, and we had to eat outside the hotel.
