Spending Easter in the snow was amazing, and the location of this hotel made it even better. The hotel was situated near a bus stop, making it easy to get around to different locations. The complimentary sledges were a fun and unexpected bonus that made us feel like kids again. The staff was friendly and accommodating, providing great recommendations for local activities and restaurants.

The walk to town was a bit challenging as the pavement was sometimes icy and slippery. We also found that there was limited parking, which made it difficult to find a spot close to the hotel.

The management at the hotel went above and beyond to ensure our comfort and satisfaction during our stay. They even cleared the heavy snow from our car without us asking. The rooms were tastefully decorated and meticulously clean. The breakfast spread was excellent, although I would have liked to see more vegetable options. The location was convenient, with a nearby bus stop and a Coop just a few minutes away. The staff were friendly and accommodating, making us feel welcome throughout our stay. I highly recommend Hotel Hohe Promenade for a pleasant and enjoyable experience.
