We were pleasantly surprised by our stay at Hotel Illuster - Urban & Local. The location in the shopping centre and near the train station made it really convenient for exploring the area. The rooms had a unique vintage charm, with a balcony that offered a nice touch. Despite being in a bustling town, it was quiet at night, allowing for a restful sleep. The breakfast, although limited, was satisfactory for a 3-star hotel. we had a comfortable and enjoyable experience. We would recommend this hotel for its convenient location and cozy rooms.

Conveniently located above shopping center, easy access with shopping trolley. Innovative team provided excellent service. Lovely breakfast buffet with high quality tea and coffee. Short walk to train station, just 15 minutes to Zurich and other destinations. Reliable airport pick-up and drop-off.

This hotel is a hidden gem in the heart of the city. I loved the convenient location, right in the middle of a bustling shopping center and just a few minutes' walk from the train station. The rooms were surprisingly spacious and well-equipped, with large windows offering stunning views over the town. Everything was kept spotlessly clean, and I particularly appreciated the option of having a shower instead of a bathtub. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, ensuring that all my needs were met throughout my stay.

The hotel was situated in a very convenient location, with easy access to the subway system and within walking distance to various shops and restaurants. the staff members were friendly and accommodating, always willing to offer helpful advice and assistance. the room was spacious and well-suited to my needs, with comfortable furnishings and modern amenities.

Although the hotel provided reasonable value for the money, there were some aspects that could have been improved. the bathroom was a bit small and could benefit from some upgrades, and the breakfast selection was somewhat limited and could have been more varied.
