The location of the hotel is perfect, right in the center of a charming village. It's just a short walk away from the beautiful lake, and you can even hear the lovely church bells next door. The rooms are clean and comfortable, with a good bathroom and a nice view of the surroundings. The breakfast is varied and delicious, and the staff in the restaurant is friendly and efficient. They even have a special room for bikes and a charging station.

There seems to be a lack of communication and organization in other areas of the hotel.

The view from my room at Farbhaus By Kreuz was absolutely breathtaking! I was on the 3rd floor and could see the beautiful lake right from my window. The location of the hotel was perfect, with the bahn station and ferry station nearby, making it convenient to explore Lucerne and Interlaken. The staff at the hotel were amazing and accommodating, even allowing me to park for a little longer after checking out. The breakfast was fantastic with a good variety of options. I had a pleasant stay and would definitely recommend this hotel.

Please note: There were a few drawbacks mentioned in the database, such as the noise from the church bells and the lack of a fridge and electric kettle in the room. However, these did not hinder my overall experience.

the charming hotel in sachseln exceeded our expectations in every way. from the lovely location in a picturesque village on the lake to the spacious and comfortable rooms, everything was perfect. the hotel even had a special room for bikes and a charging station. the breakfast and dinner were delicious, and the staff was friendly and efficient. we were also impressed by the fastest internet we've had in four weeks.
