The staff was helpful, hotel very clean, windows blocked noise, free access to water bar, spacious room, modern and comfortable.

Nothing, it was perfect.

We had an amazing stay at Am Hafen in Kreuzlingen. the staff were some of the friendliest we've encountered on our travels in the past 30 years. Despite arriving early due to heavy rain, they had no problem accommodating us. the rooms were great, with a nice big window offering a view of the Boden See. the shower was also excellent and the breakfast, for an additional 15 Swiss francs, was worth every penny. We especially loved the helpful women at breakfast who made espresso or black coffee on the spot. Well done!

The rooms are modern and comfortable, with spacious showers and comfortable beds. The staff is friendly and accommodating, providing excellent service. The breakfast offers a wide selection of delicious food, including hot options. Additionally, the hotel is close to the city center of Konstanz, where you can find many good restaurants.

The bedside lights in the rooms were inadequate for reading.
