The hotel's location in Leukerbad was also stunning, providing a beautiful and calm setting for our vacation. We particularly enjoyed the log fire in the bar each evening, creating a cozy atmosphere. The hot pools, both indoor and outdoor, were also a highlight of our stay, with the relaxing music and comfortable loungers adding to the experience. The breakfast buffet was outstanding, offering a great selection of fresh bread, cheese, fruits, and yogurt. The room service was also prompt and efficient, ensuring our needs were met without any hassle.

The breakfast offered a nice variety of cold dishes and hot dishes upon request. the outdoor pool was nice and warm, and there was a hot place to store towels nearby. the location of the hotel was excellent, just a few steps from the main street. the view of the mountains and valley from my room was also enjoyable.

The hotel is too expensive for what it offers. the rooms were outdated and not as clean as they could be.

We had an exceptional experience at this luxurious 5-star hotel. the exclusive amenities provided here were beyond our expectations. the service was outstanding, and the Spa & wellness centre, along with the indoor swimming pool and sauna, made our stay truly relaxing. the massage sessions left us refreshed and feeling pampered.

We found only one minor issue that did not hinder our overall experience. the hotel allowed smoking on the balcony, and this disrupted our relaxation on occasion.
