As women traveling alone, we loved the personalized service and welcoming atmosphere. The staff went out of their way to make us feel like treasured guests. The included breakfast buffet had a wide variety of options, and we especially enjoyed the custom-order eggs. The hotel arranged for shuttle service to and from the train station, which was a huge convenience. The comfortable beds provided a great night's sleep, and the room designs were unique and artistic. We also loved being able to enjoy the magnificent views of the Matterhorn from our windows. The wellness/spa area was incredible, with amenities like a stainless steel pool, sauna rooms, and a relaxation area.

The hotel facilities were top-notch, especially the beautiful pool with a breathtaking view of the mountains. Transportation was convenient, as the hotel was located right next to the Matterhorn express bubble and gondola. Additionally, the hotel was right next to the elevator for easy access to the hiking trails. The breakfast served at the hotel was exceptional, offering a delicious variety of dishes. Lastly, the staff was friendly and provided excellent service throughout my stay.

I got great value for my money at the Matterhorn Focus Design Hotel. The room was amazing with a view of the Matterhorn and a patio to enjoy it from. The location was perfect, right next to the cable car to the glacier paradise. The staff treated me like royalty, making my stay truly memorable.

The spa and warm pool are very therapeutic after a sporty day out. Complimentary tea and pastries in the afternoon.

All was perfect.

The staff was extremely friendly and went above and beyond to make our stay special. They even left Easter treats in our room! the location was perfect, right next to a ski lift which made it super convenient for us to enjoy some spring skiing. the best part was definitely the view from our room - we had a stunning view of the mountains, including the famous Matterhorn. the rooms were beautifully designed and had all the necessary amenities for a comfortable stay.
