Nothing to dislike.

The hotel was clean, modern, and centrally located, making it easy for us to explore the beautiful surroundings of Zermatt. The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly, always available to answer our questions and provide suggestions for our travel plans. The breakfast was delicious and we even had the opportunity to experience a fantastic Swiss fondue meal. The rooms were well-furnished and the spa facilities exceeded our expectations. it was a great experience.

One minor drawback was the open concept of the rooms, with no door separating the bathroom and bedroom. It may not be ideal for those traveling with someone they aren't comfortable with.
