This hotel offers incredible value for money. On top of a hill with a great view of Lake Maggiore, it's a great location to enjoy the beautiful scenery. The staff are attentive and friendly, and the basic amenities are well-maintained. The rooms in Casa Gioia even have their own toilets, ensuring convenience and privacy. The highlight for me was the breakfast on the terrace with a view. It was a perfect way to start the day.

No major improvements needed, everything was just fine.

The location of the hotel on top of the hill offers breathtaking views of Lake Maggiore, creating a serene and picturesque atmosphere. The friendly chambermaids provide excellent housekeeping services, ensuring a pleasant experience. the delicious food served in the restaurant is a treat for the taste buds.

The walk from the hotel to the city center may be challenging for some travelers due to the hilly terrain.

The breakfast options were decent, and the dinner I had was excellent. The balcony views of the lake and mountains were truly fabulous. The location, although a bit of a hike into town, was incredibly charming.

The minimalist furnishings and equipment seemed more economically focused rather than in line with the architecture. The amenities in the room were quite old, although well-maintained.

The surroundings were gorgeous, especially during Christmas. the hotel's high altitude provided us with a fantastic view of the picturesque lake and the lush greenery around it. We also appreciated that breakfast was included, and it was tasty and varied enough to start our day right. the staff were friendly and accommodating, always ready to give us tips on key locations and sights to visit nearby.

The steep climb back up to the hotel from the town centre was a bit of a challenge, especially after a long day of walking around. we were hoping for a bit more entertainment, as there was no TV in our room and not much else to do in the evenings.
