We also found that there was only one lift in the hotel, leading to occasional wait times. the views from our room were not impressive, as we were not on the top floor.

Plus, having air conditioning in our room was a rare and welcome surprise in Lugano. With its central location and stunning views of the lake, city park, and mountains, we were able to easily explore the city and enjoy the local attractions. the restaurant also impressed us with its delicious and reasonably priced dishes, made from fresh and local ingredients.

We were grateful for the air conditioning in a hot summer season. The location was also very convenient, right on a bus stop and a short walk to the lake shore and old town area. The restaurant had a good range of food at reasonable prices. The multilingual staff were terrific.

The hotel offered a good value for money and was conveniently located near the convention center and other key attractions. the staff was friendly and helpful, and the rooms were clean and serviceable. the continental breakfast provided was basic but sufficient. the hotel had a balcony with a nice view and the weather during my stay was enjoyable.

There were a couple of negative aspects that affected my experience. there was a problem with the shutters in my room, which kept banging loudly and disturbed my sleep for two nights.

stayed at this hotel in lugano before and pestalozzi was even better. great central location, close to shops, buses and the lake. staff were friendly and helpful. clean and spacious room. definitely value for money.

I had a great stay at Pestalozzi! the hotel has an excellent location, allowing me to easily walk to town, the waterfront, and even the village of Gandria. the bus to the train stops right in front of the hotel, which was very convenient. the bed was comfortable and the room was quiet, allowing for a good night's sleep. the breakfast provided was adequate and the hotel also had good wifi. Another highlight was the Ticino pass for public transit, which was a great bonus.
