We absolutely loved our stay at this hotel! The location was simply perfect, right on the lake. The view of the mountains from our room was breathtaking. The room itself was spacious and beautifully decorated, making us feel like we were in a luxurious haven. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the service was top-notch. We especially enjoyed the delicious meals at the restaurant, which offered a variety of options. the hotel provided enhanced comfort and quality services, making our stay truly memorable.

We had a fabulous dining experience at Restaurant Seehof. The lake view was breathtaking, and the fish soup was absolutely delicious. The staff were pleasant and helpful throughout our stay. I highly recommend this hotel.

We had a fantastic time at this lakeside hotel! The location was amazing, right on the shores of a beautiful lake. Our room was clean and comfortable, and the staff were friendly and helpful. We loved sitting in the garden restaurant, enjoying drinks under the shade of old chestnut trees. The view of Lake Lucerne was breathtaking. The breakfast had a good variety of options and the dinner we had was delicious, especially the fish soup. The free wifi on the landings was a nice bonus.

There was a slight inconvenience with the noise from the flags banging against each other on windy days, creating a loud reverberation in the room.

The hotel had great facilities and a prime location close to main attractions. the room décor was lovely, and the staff friendly. Another advantage was the quick service provided.

The cost of the extras was quite expensive, especially given the limited space available by the pool. the restaurant staff could have been friendlier, and the room could have benefited from a telephone to call reception, as well as a few more amenities such as bathrobes.
