As adventure travelers, we loved the excellent location just a 5-minute walk to the lake. The charming rustic design and attention to detail in every aspect of the hotel, including the bedrooms, restaurant, and even the public toilet, were impressive. The friendly and professional staff were a bonus, and the immediate response to our email inquiry was greatly appreciated. The restaurant at the hotel exceeded our expectations with perfectly prepared fresh food, a wide selection of wines, and a wonderful dessert. We highly recommend both the hotel and the restaurant.

During my Christmas stay, I enjoyed the convenient location of the hotel. It was within easy walking distance to the train station and the dock for the boats on Lake Luzern. This made it very convenient for exploring the area and taking in the beautiful scenery. Additionally, the room was clean and comfortable, providing a cozy and relaxing environment to unwind after a day of exploring.

There were a few aspects of my stay that were disappointing. the lack of English proficiency among the managers made communication a bit challenging at times.

It was just a stone's throw from the landing dock for regular passenger boats and ships. We had a great Easter weekend at this hotel. the location was perfect, right by the lake with beautiful views. the hotel offered free parking, which was a huge advantage. We also enjoyed the boat trips on the lake, which were easily accessible from the hotel. the staff were friendly and welcoming, ensuring we had a comfortable stay.

One thing we didn't like was the pillows. They were too soft and uncomfortable for us, especially if you like to read in bed or prefer firmer pillows.
