This hotel is a great find for anyone looking for a comfortable and affordable stay. The location, just after the challenging road in the Gottard tunnel, is perfect for a rest during a long journey. The staff are friendly and accommodating, making us feel welcome and at home. The room we stayed in, as a family of 5, was surprisingly spacious and had everything we needed. We were pleasantly surprised by the tasty breakfast, especially the excellent Italian coffee and cappuccino. All in all, this hotel offers great value for money and is well worth a visit.

The only aspect that could be improved is the size of the bathroom, which seemed a bit small. However, this was not a major issue and did not affect the overall comfort of our stay.

Spent my Christmas at a charming hotel. the atmosphere was cozy and welcoming. the location was ideal, nestled in the mountains, with easy access to cable car ride and scenic views. the staff was friendly and accommodating, personally ensuring we had everything we needed for lunch and dinner. the traditional cuisine was delicious and exceeded expectations. the bed was comfortable, and the cleanliness was impeccable. Overall the stay was enjoyable and memorable.

The hotel amenities were not clear and hard to find out without speaking to the staff. Unfortunately, the language barrier was a bit of a challenge, but the staff tried their best to communicate with us.
