The hotel was located in the heart of the city which made it easy for us to explore. We loved the value for money as the buffet breakfast was delicious and reasonably priced. The rooms on the first floors had windows overlooking the streets which gave us beautiful views of the city. Lastly, the staff provided great service and attention to detail making our stay even more enjoyable.

Great location and clean rooms. The bed sheets were spotless and I had no issues with ants in my room. Although the lift was not operating, the staff kindly helped me with my luggage up the stairs. I enjoyed my stay and would recommend this hotel.

The hotel's location near the train station was incredibly convenient for me as a business traveler. It made it easy for me to catch my early morning flight the next day. being close to the city center meant that I had quick access to various amenities and services. The rooms were comfortable and had all the necessary facilities, including a safe and ensuite bathrooms. The breakfast provided was satisfactory, offering a decent variety of options.

There was an issue with the lighting in the hotel that needed improvement. The use of cheap LED lights and visible cables around the apartment was not ideal and detracted from the overall experience.

We stayed at Hotel Rousseau for a weekend getaway. The location was perfect, just a short walk to the beautiful lake. The helpful staff made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. The rooms were spacious and clean, with a large rainfall shower that was a nice touch. Although I'm not a fan of see-through bathrooms in rooms, the overall cleanliness made up for it. The comfy beds ensured a good night's sleep, and the proximity to the famous Quai du Montblanc was a bonus. We had a great experience overall.

I recently stayed at Hotel Rousseau in Geneva for a few nights and it exceeded all my expectations. The location was perfect, with everything I needed within walking distance. The bed was incredibly comfortable, like sleeping on a cloud. The staff were attentive and helpful, making me feel welcome from the moment I arrived. The room was incredibly quiet, allowing for a peaceful night's sleep. I especially appreciated the well-equipped room, complete with a coffee machine, large screen TV, and a spacious window that let in plenty of natural light. The air conditioning was amazing and kept the room at the perfect temperature. The mobile provided in the room was a thoughtful touch, allowing me to stay connected while exploring the city. The mini bar had a great selection of beverages as well. I had a fantastic stay at Hotel Rousseau and highly recommend it.

Perfect location, just a short walk to the lakefront, shops, and restaurants. We loved being able to explore the city without having to travel far. the staff were very friendly and helpful, giving us great recommendations and making us feel welcome. Plus, the room was spacious and comfortable, with a Nespresso machine for that much-needed morning pick-me-up.

The wifi was a bit unreliable and required going to a different floor to connect. there was limited complimentary coffee, with extra capsules needing to be purchased.

the location was convenient, just a 5-minute walk from the main lake. the staff at Rousseau were exceptional and provided excellent service throughout my stay. They were responsive and quickly resolved any issues I had, such as providing an extra fan for the hot room. the room itself was comfortable and had abundant storage space. I highly recommend this hotel for its central location, friendly staff, and overall pleasant experience.
