Great value for money! The hotel is located in a small alleyway, but it's so close to everything - the train station, the shops, and the mountains. We stayed on the second floor with a view onto the platform and the staff made sure we had everything we needed. The breakfast was fantastic too and we really appreciated being able to start our day off on such a high note.

As trekkers and a group of friends, we loved the convenient location right opposite the train station. The hotel staff were friendly and helpful, making our journey easy and quick. The rooms were spacious and clean, with fantastic views of the Matterhorn from the balcony. The breakfast provided a good selection of food, and the cheerful hostess made our mornings enjoyable. The free Wi-Fi was a bonus, allowing us to stay connected during our stay.

We had a few minor issues during our stay. the fire alarm was triggered when taking a hot shower, requiring us to keep the bathroom door closed and the window open.

I had a great stay at this hotel in Zermatt! The location was perfect, right next to the train station and close to the supermarket and Main Street. My room had a perfect view of the Matterhorn, which was absolutely breathtaking. The staff were friendly and helpful, even printing out my train tickets for me. The basic amenities were all there, and the breakfast, although a little sparse, was sufficient for a couple of days.
