We enjoyed our stay during New Year at this hotel. the breakfast included gluten and dairy-free options, and the bathroom design was impressive, with a convenient drawer under the sink containing the hair dryer. the hotel's proximity to the railway station and good public transport meant we could visit nearby cities easily. the staff were very accommodating and treated us well.

Our experience was not perfect. the hotel lacked hooks for bathrobes in our room and tissues were not replenished.

We had a pleasant stay at a modern and clean hotel. Our room was small but well-designed, with a spacious bathroom. The hotel provided complimentary drinks in the minibar. The breakfast was basic but satisfactory. The hotel staff were accommodating and friendly, especially the lady who made us scrambled eggs with a smile. The hotel's location was convenient for our needs and had good public transport links to Zurich City.

There were a few minor drawbacks during our stay. The hotel only communicated in German via email, despite my request for instructions in English.
