I had a fantastic stay at the hotel. The cleanliness was impeccable and the hotel facilities were top-notch. The staff went above and beyond to make me feel welcome and comfortable. The complimentary shuttle service to and from the train station was a major convenience, especially with all my luggage. The location was central, just a short walk to the lake, and definitely not in any sense downmarket.

My boyfriend and I had a last-minute trip to Steffani and we were blown away by the hospitality. The manager, Matt, went above and beyond to make our stay special. We were even lucky enough to get an upgrade to a room with a beautiful view of the city, lake, and mountains. The room was clean, modern, and had all the amenities we needed. Additionally, the hotel's pick-up service from the station was a great convenience. We also appreciated the quick response from the hotel when I accidentally left an article in the room. the hospitality at Steffani was excellent and we can't wait to go back.

We had an amazing stay at this hotel in the center of town with a great view of the valley. The location was perfect, just a short walk down to Bobby's Pub. We got great value for our money at Hotel Steffani. The room was spacious, clean, and had a fantastic bathroom. The location was convenient, just a short walk away from the funicular. The staff was incredibly hospitable, speaking Italian and helping us practice the language. They even recommended a fantastic non-skiing activity for us, which we wouldn't have found otherwise.

The breakfast offerings could have been better with more flexibility in choosing where to sit. The room was quite empty, yet we were only allowed to sit at a table for two.

The hotel staff went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable and comfortable. The cleanliness and organization during these challenging times was a huge relief. The room itself was immaculate and beautifully decorated.

We had a fantastic stay here! The location was perfect, right in the city centre with breathtaking mountain views. The staff were incredibly friendly, and the service was excellent - room service, car hire, and shuttle services all available. Our room was spacious and well-equipped with all the amenities we needed, including a mini-bar and safe. We particularly enjoyed the spa and wellness centre, which included an indoor swimming pool, sauna, and massage treatments. The restaurant had some of the best food we've had, and the breakfast was served to us at our table. we had an amazing time and would highly recommend staying here!

Our room on the 5th floor was spacious with a beautiful view of the town and the lake from the balcony. The bathroom was well-appointed and very clean. The beds were comfortable, and the staff turned them down at night. Breakfast had a large selection of dishes, and the hotel provided transportation to the railway station. I'll recommend this hotel.

During my Christmas stay, I absolutely loved the spacious rooms at this hotel. They were perfect for my family, with plenty of space for everyone to relax and unwind. The location was also a major plus, as it was right in the heart of town and close to all the major attractions. Another aspect that I really enjoyed was the delicious food at the hotel restaurant. The menu had a great variety and the quality of the dishes was outstanding.

One negative aspect of my stay was the lack of air conditioning in the rooms. It made it a bit uncomfortable during the warmer days, as there was no way to cool down the room.
